"We arrived early at the accommodation. the manager made us a drink and changed our room so we could check in early. although the room was small for three it was adequate and they are obviously trying to create a certain standard. i.e. bath robes. We ate in restaurant and the food was excellent. The staff were very professional whilst keeping a personal element."

"booked hotel to take 10 yr old daughter to see Buckingham Palace, Brit Museum, etc etc....hotel was very nice, bit noisy at night time when throwing out time come but not too bad, beds were slightly uncomfortable but that was our only gripe, the food.......... id eat here even when passing by it was Excellent and worth a detour to eat here , staff were really friendly and we could not fault the service level, towards my wife and I or my daughter they really did try to accomadate our needs and were genuinley very friendly, very happy with this Hotel."
